One of the original founders of WinWin, Joseph grew up with the best education: his family business. Started by his great grandfather in 1907, he was mentored as a young man to think like an entrepreneur and to have a proactive and organized approach to business. He took over the family business for 16 years, and has since sold it. His main talent is his ability to identify, cultivate and strategically manage mutually beneficial relationships. His ability to identify and pursue various business opportunities makes him a key team player to assist with the growth and development of WinWin. Joseph is a proud father and dedicated husband. He and his entire family are philanthropic, especially his daughter, and are all involved with the National Alopecia Areata Foundation which researches a cure and provides support and education regarding the disease.
Troy is the ultimate old-fashioned visionary and entrepreneur. As he sees the economy change, he creates businesses to help with the solutions. He rose up from humble beginnings, performing minor concrete and demolition work to being recognized as a major player in the demolition, carting and site industries. He has several successful businesses and they continue to grow profitably with current sales in excess of $30,000,000. Recently, through his visionary approach, he is developing a model for commercialization of a process which will result in turning refuse into efficient power sources. For one of his most distinguished projects, he received Presidential accolades as the solo lead foreman responsible for supervision of demolition and clean-up of World Trade Center Building 7 after the events of September 11, 2001. He was responsible for orchestrating and managing daily events including securing the site, exploration and discovery of US Treasury Safes and handling criminal evidence. He also tackled the depressing task of safely and respectfully handling human remains while maintaining the integrity and preservation of valuable pieces of art, as the clean-up progressed. Integrity, determination and philanthropy are words that are synonymous with the name "Troy Caruso." Troy has had a lead role in the foundation of WinWin and brings his talent, skill and business acumen to the team.
